This individual is just starting in the restaurant world and seeks to learn to go beyond understanding of the menu. This person understands that it starts with ensuring everyone has their drinks quickly and refills them before the need is expressed, assists with getting food to the table so that the guests may focus on enjoying their food and the ambiance. This person creates a welcoming, warm environment that leaves guests with not only a great meal, but a new and inspired outlook on their surroundings.
